Trigeminal Schwannoma
Trigeminal schwannomas affect the middle and posterior fossae. Combined orbitocygomatic and retrosigmoid approaches provide multidirectional access, or one may be selected to facilitate complete tumor resection with minimal sensory nerve impairment.
