This approach combines the resection of the zygomatic arch and orbital rim to maximize exposure of the suprasellar region, clivus, and anterior cranial fossa. It is ideal for large pituitary tumors, orbital-level tumors, basilar aneurysms, and deep-seated basal lesions, offering multidirectional access and safe handling of critical structures.
