Retrosigmoid

The retrosigmoid approach is one of the most commonly used for cerebellopontine angle pathologies. It provides direct access to vestibular schwannomas, petroclival meningiomas, hemifacial spasm, and trigeminal neuralgia while preserving key neurovascular structures and optimizing postoperative function.
