Transzygomatic
The transzygomatic approach provides wide and direct access to lesions of the middle fossa and the anterolateral skull base. It is particularly suitable for large tumors, such as meningiomas and trigeminal schwannomas in Meckel’s cave. This approach facilitates middle fossa peeling with greater comfort and precision.
