Anterior Petrosectomy
The anterior petrosectomy offers excellent exposure of the petroclival region and the upper clivus. It is ideal for complex pathologies such as petroclival meningiomas and brainstem lesions. This approach optimizes tumor resection by creating an extradural access corridor while minimizing temporal lobe retraction.
